Shabby in Suburbia: Fall flowers

Our Autumn (fall) is here and I thought I'd share some of my gardens delights..

My son just got a new camera so I'm having some fun with it..

My roses are having one final bloom..

The crocus have popped up..

The bird of paradise is looking so majestic..

Alyssum is blanketing the ground..

The bouganvillea is gorgeous..

I know soon the frost will come and my garden will be miserable, so I'm making the most of it's beauty now..

The bougainvillea is an amazing pink..I love the delicate crocusses too..do they come up in spring as well? Lovely flower photography!

I especially love seeing the Bird of Paradise. We had one in our yard when I was growing up (I lived by the beach), but they don't grow here in the desert. All of your flowers are beautiful.
